Emily is an Occupational Therapist at Mont Health, bringint extensive experience across occupational rehabilitation, injury management and healthcare operations.
Emily provides strategic and operational leadership across Mont Health, with a strong focus on clinical governance, service development, quality improvement and the delivery of high-quality occupational health and rehabilitation services.
Drawing on her clinical background in workplace rehabilitation, Emily has a strong understanding of the complexities involved in injury management, return to work and supporting both workers and employers to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.
While Emily is no longer actively consulting as part of her day-to-day role, her clinical expertise continues to guide the development of Mont Health’s rehabilitation services, clinical standards and multidisciplinary approach to care.
