General Practitioner
Dr Lisa Abdel-Malek is an experienced General Practitioner with a strong background in both clinical pharmacy and medicine. She completed her medical degree at Deakin University in 2013, following an earlier career as a clinical pharmacist, giving her a unique and comprehensive understanding of patient care and medication management.
Dr Abdel-Malek enjoys the diversity of general practice and values building long-term relationships with patients and families. Her areas of clinical interest include women’s health, children’s health, mental health, chronic disease management, and preventative health.
Alongside general practice, Dr Abdel-Malek has experience working in occupational health, supporting patients to maintain their health and safely return to work where appropriate. She takes a collaborative approach to care and works closely with allied health professionals and specialists to ensure patients receive well-coordinated, holistic support.
Dr Abdel-Malek is passionate about helping patients take proactive steps to improve their health and wellbeing at every stage of life.

Availability
Dr. Abdel-Malek welcomes new patients at our Northgate practice, consulting on Friday only. She is committed to providing personalised care that addresses both immediate health concerns and long-term wellbeing.
